Please read these conditions carefully. By using our websites, you signify your agreement to these conditions.
When you place an order to purchase a product from our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (this is generated automatically). Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted when an email confirmation is sent to you stating that your ordered product(s) have been dispatched. Any products on the same order which have not been confirmed in this email do not form part of that contract.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging costs) provided:
- The product is returned unopened and it is in its original condition (including the packaging)
- You email us stating which item(s) you wish to return and the reason within 30 days of receipt
- You pay the cost of delivery for the return of the item to our centre in Menorca, Spain. It is recommended that you use a certified and insured method of postage as we can not be held responsible for loss or damage of the product(s) in transit.
Gift vouchers are exempt – these items are not refundable.
If your product is defective or damaged, please report this as soon as possible after receipt, but no later than 30 days. You may return the item and receive a full refund (including postage costs if applicable) or return the item and have a replacement product dispatched at no extra cost.
Please email us with full details of any defective or damaged products.
When a refund has been requested, this will be processed promptly but no later than 14 days from the date your returned product is received back. Refund payments will be made by the same method as the original purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Pricing and availability
Great care is taken to ensure that prices and delivery estimates are accurate. In the unlikely event that a product is discovered to be incorrectly priced during the dispatch process, the following process will be followed.
If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, the lower amount will be charged to you automatically. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order or pay the correct price.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. As your order is processed, you will be informed by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
We deliver worldwide using a variety of transport companies. Please bear in mind when working out when you will receive your order that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
When ordering goods from us for delivery outside Spain and the USA, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from this website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Spas and mobile appointments
Our spa environments are one of relaxation and tranquility. Please use a quiet, soft voice and respect all guests' right to privacy. Mobile phones and electronic devices should not be used in the spa.
We recommend reserving your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred date and time is available. Please arrive in good time for your appointment, if you are late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly.
Parking and transportation
There is free parking at all of our spas for guests. If you prefer not to drive, we can arrange private transport from any part of the island. There are also regular buses from Ciudadela to our spa at PortBlue La Quinta. Take bus 65 and alight at Club Menorca (bus stop 6645) right by the hotel. From Mahon, bus 71, with stops in Alaior and Es Migjorn Gran, will take you to Santo Tomas (bus stop 7230 - Victoria Playa).
Should you wish to reschedule, amend or cancel an appointment, please call us giving as much notice as possible so that the time can be utilised by another customer. Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
All of our therapists are highly trained. If you prefer a specific therapist, please ask at the time of making your appointment.
Spa guests must be aged 13 or over at the spa at Hotel 55 and aged 16 or over at the spa at Hotel La Quinta. There are no age requirements for mobile appointments but minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please advise us of any health conditions or allergies at the time of making your appointment.
We have specific treatments for mums-to-be which can be enjoyed from the 2nd trimestre. Please advise us at the time of making your appointment.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our spa complexes, including the outdoor terraces.
Lockers are provided for your convenience in the changing rooms at our PortBlue La Quinta and Portblue Salgar spas, however, please do not bring any valuables into our spas as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
Visits can be made to select hotels in Menorca, your holiday villa or apartment, place of work or your home in Menorca. For home or work visits, please bear in mind that due to the amount of equipment required for some treatments, we regret that visits can not be made to flats above the 1st floor unless a lift is available. Suitable parking will also be required close to your location. If in any doubt, please enquire at the time of making your appointment. Appointments which need to be abandoned due to the location not meeting these requirements will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

* For mobile appointments, please bear in mind that payment by credit and debit cards can not be carried out in areas where there is no or little mobile phone coverage. If in doubt, please ensure you have an alternative means of payment. Alternatively, you may pay in advance for your treatment. If you are paying in advance for your treatment, funds must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. At our discretion, you may be asked to pay in advance for your treatment. Please note that there is a minimum charge of 30€ for a mobile visit.
